Its around 20 years since my wife and I bought paintings by Glynne James one of the resident artists at Arts Coritani Gallery in Swineshead. Rosi and Col Campbell at the gallery emphasise the high quality of the resident artists and deservedly heap praise on Glynne for the detail and style of his paintings.
When Carol Butler meets the fishman they talk about tattoos, Carol is an artist with a discrete gallery hidden in uphill Lincoln and Pete the fishman does tattoos. He and his dad before him have also been bringing fish to our door in his van for the last twenty odd years, so he told me about the exhibition and off we went.
Arts Coritani is a wonderful haven close to the main square in Swineshead (just off the main road). The gallery is home to Rosi and Col Campbell, here is an interview with Rosi which even after 2 years remains one of my favourite.
