Lincolnshire People
There are 2 elephants who live on a bookshelf in the home of grandfather and grandmother. Grandfather and grandmother do not realise that the young and old elephant can really move, they have many adventures and the first four stories were released on DVD last year.
The ladies from the Lincolnshire Bombers had a double header against the ladies from Glasgow at the Newark Showground. First the second string from each team met and then the two first teams went head to head as Lincolnshire continue in their development to become one of the premier teams in the UK.
I meet some pretty amazing people, and one such is Marianne Overton, she is a district councillor, county councillor has been involved at Lincoln University and is heavily involved at a national level with the local government association. She is always available for interview too which is useful for Channel:Lincolnshire and is open in her responses .
But even whilst she is working hard to represent her constituents she does not forget her love of biology and the need to give young people enthusiasm for science and nature.
